I have heard that when doing Alere HIV 1/2 rapid test, the first drop of blood from finger tip should be wiped off in order for the test to be accurate. Is that true.
I have done a test on the 105th day and came back negative. But they didn’t follow the procedure I mentioned above… Can it still be accurate?
